OUTSTANDING CHECKS AND DEPOSITS form is used every year end to list the checks and deposits that were written during the year but did not clear your bank account until the next year. This form is for our records clients and needs to be filled out after the last bank statement of the year is received.

This form is used for tax planning and your final tax preparation. You list your income, expenses, purchases and sales (machinery, livestock, land etc) on this form.

The SAMPLE FARMER forms provide you with a look at how your farm or business financial information would be presented to you on a monthly or period basis when your records are recorded by our office. You are in control of your cash and other assets, we record your transactions and provide you with the monthly and yearly financial information.
